How do I care for my raw denim jeans?
To preserve the natural indigo dye and unique aging process, we recommend wearing your raw denim as long as possible before the first wash. When necessary, dry clean or hand wash cold inside out, and always air dry.
What are your shipping methods and delivery times?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery times vary by region, generally taking 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 5-10 business days for international shipping.
What is your return policy?
Items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel, are final sale.
Which payment methods do you accept?
