A.P.C. allows you to return items purchased online within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags to be eligible for processing.

Request Your Return

Log into your customer account or access the guest order portal to select the items you wish to return and generate your Return Authorization.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original shipping box and include the printed return form inside to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

Attach the Shipping Label

Affix the prepaid return label provided in your original shipment or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the package, covering any previous barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier and retain your proof of postage until you receive an email confirmation that your refund has been issued.
